terms of service
Beginning the Commission Process:

General:
-
I will not work directly with minors
-
I will work with parents of minors for a minor’s suit (Must provide proof of ID and a video call)
-
I currently only ship within the US
-
I reserve the right to deny service or cancel a commission for any reason
-
If I cancel a commission, I will issue a refund. If the buyer cancels a commission after work begins, no refund will be issued
-
If the project has not begun, a refund for labor costs only will be provided. Material costs are non-refundable, as there is no way for me as the maker, to recover those funds.
-
I will not inform you if you are blacklisted. If you think you are, feel free to ask.
-
I will not make my blacklist public for any reason
-
You may be added to my black list for violating any of my policies or becoming overly clingy and invasive. I am a fursuit maker, not your friend.
Payments and Plans:
-
Payment plans are on a case-by-case basis
Payment plans will be negotiated individually
-
For projects totalling $500 or less, no work will begin until paid in full
-
For projects over $500, work will begin after 50% is paid. Work will not be completed anymore than 25% until paid in full
-
If a payment plan is accepted you must pay a minimum of $150 a month until paid off.
-
All details and markings must be shown on a non-shaded reference sheet EX.
-
When commissioning a project that involves bodysuits, you must provide a duct-tape- dummy ( tutorial on how to make one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mFz0WmpSmI )
-
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and sizes when needed. I am not liable for an ill-fitted suit due to inaccurate or outdated measurements
I will not make any major changes after pieces are machine sewn or sealed. I will always send pictures for approval before this step
-
You are responsible for informing me before work begins if extra room is needed in specific areas such as the chest, head, or pit
